went to the gym on thursday with CM and SJ...do reps like siao also run like siao...i did like 3 reps with 20 each muscles? back, bisceps and all...my timing is improving and i like it ^^ i ran like 5.51km in 38 hour 32 secs..

today went out with parents to learn how to do cancellation for IPA, that is, in-principal approval at MOM ( ministry of manpower)...den went to eat at the temporary food court at bugis there,
after eating mum went to pray and hunt for some dried herbs to smoothe her throat...i tagged along with the hope of getting a lift from them...

got off at marine parade library den walked over to jerry's house to play cabal and check out his stuff ^^ we play for a short while den walked over to east coast and played pool...Yeah! i won 2 out of 3 sets~ 1st time leh..he managed to draw me at 9 ball though... tried our hands at maximum tune the midnight version...jerry was shocked at the speed at how fast my my fair ladyz went...

den go back 2 his house play with pris a bit while waiting for him to go out...we shared a cab with him sponsoring the fare...lolz^^

played bball with coconut, hanrui, maz, matthew, kenneth , chin kiat and gang at nite...sweat a little, had a little fun...but thts all... m off to watch tv liao...buayz!!

PS i still have to attend the voice spa tmr again...pray hard it doesnt rain ^^
