!alwaysyoursforever
hey hey guys, sorry sorry sorry sorry.... its been over 2 weeks since i came back here cos to lazy and to busy mah...won a bit of spare cash at the casino in genting ^^ when i was overseas during the 1 week sch break...den came back and started hunting for a job again...
managed to get a job within a week , i came back and m currently with RCL for a temp position (though m hoping to gradually a perm postion there) for 3 months den chances are highly that i might return to studying and complete my degree (hopefully) ^^ - its a kinda 2- way route for me so that i can choose what i want and toggle in between....
I also had to juggle my marathon training after work which is pretty good cos u can destress after a hard days work ^^...studies have shown that those who exercise after work are able to focus and do better at work than those who rest at home after work and the ratio was 1: 5 ! so there! burn those fats and get into shape ^^
with only four more months to the Singapore Marathon, i gotta step up my training to running at least 30km in 3 hours, though my last run was from melville park to changi village following the stupid park connectors that practically got me lost... i ended up being on the road for 4 hours -.-
it was realli madness cos 1) i was alone 2) i had no water 3) i had no handphone= no help
I personally would not recommend that path coz its not meant for the faint hearted, if u dun get what i mean, basically it means that u might or might not see things that udun want to see (fortunately, i did not) but u might hear lots of funny sounds...can go try it for yourself...

here is a pic if ya get what i mean, btw this is still on east coast park. wait till u try the central park connector at nite...it gives u the creeps this pic was not taken by me btw, i took this pic from google images^^but it was part of my route this way leads all the way up to Singapore Sailing Club, those who have jogged past here before, m sure u recognise the route...
my collegues and bosses at RCL are fairly understanding and helpful... once they knew that m training for the StandChart Marathon...they made life easier for me mentally by asking constantly on how my training and my experience of training diff routes and stuff... i managed to mingle with most of them and they are pretty friendly...
well, thts bout all for the time being i will try to take photos of my marathon route as i go along^^
P.S- this quote is for Kris- hopefully it lifts your sprits. Here goes " The best way to make your dreams come true is to wake up" -PaulValery
